- Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials you use to access the platform.

- Attempting to gain unauthorised access or help others get unauthorised access to any content hosted on this site or PESU Academy (pesuacademy.com)
- Engaging in any form of hacking, data mining, or reverse-engineering of the platform.
- Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of the platform, including its servers or networks.
- Violating any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of the course content, the institution offering the course (PES), or other users.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, graphics, designs, logos, and other intellectual property made available through PESU Academy are the property of the institution or third parties who have licensed them. Your access to the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit the materials without the express consent of the intellectual property owner.
